Cerealto Siro Foods adds Xavier Orriols and José Miguel Isidro to the Group’s Board of Advisors

    • PepsiCo’s former President for Europe & Africa and the former President of Europac will contribute to the consolidation of Cerealto Siro Foods as a global leading manufacturer.

Madrid, June 20th, 2019. Cerealto Siro Foods adds Xavier Orriols and José Miguel Isidro to its Board of Advisors to advance on its consolidation as a leading multinational group in the development and manufacturing of food products worldwide.

Xavier Orriols, who pursued a professional career for 30 years at PepsiCo, and where he led important strategic changes, holding positions as Senior Vicepresident for Europe and Africa, President for Southern Europe or CEO Iberia. Xavier is currently an advisor for Idilia Foods, Senior Advisor at Deloitte, and Vicepresident of Ecoembes. He was also advisor for the Spanish Food and Drink Industry Federation (FIAB) and the Association of Manufacturers and Distributors (AECOC), President of the Multisectoral Association for Large Food and Drink Companies, and of the Alimentum Foundation.

On the other hand, José Miguel Isidro, who is a businessman, economist and advisor for different companies, including financial institutions. He has over 40 years’ experience in the industry sector from which he spent half of it dedicated to Europac. He presided this company since its foundation until this year, where he led the strategy that transformed a regional packaging enterprise into a multinational company. Likewise, he presided the Association for Family-owned Business in Castile and Leon and has also been a member of the Institute of the Family-owned Business.

The Board of Advisors is presided by Juan Manuel González Serna (President of Cerealto Siro Foods) and composed of Lucía Urbán (Vicepresident), Luis Ángel López (CEO), Pedro Navarrete González-Bueno (Managing Partner at DJV Abogados), Jordi Vilà i Bosch (Founder and Managing Partner at NEXE Group), and Antonio J. Fernández Álvarez (Managing Partner at ASTI-Consulting and former CEO of RENAULT-Consulting).
